One of my favorite food is the Bagel. But not just any Bagel...the bagel when baked the traditional way, after the bagel has been shaped and the dough is ready, it is boiled first and than baked in a special oven. The process of boiling the bagel dough, when baked creates a crusty bagel on the outside and the inside is baked so it's not too doughy. Ohh we have similar store that a buyer can see how they make and cook Pitas. It is in Jaffa...and mainly in Arab populated places. You did a wonderful work Ted. Itlooks so much real. Also I love the warm colors. Excellent work Ted. A pleasure to see your work!!
